editing work on premiere pro
image zoom
first i checked our system preferences and changed our settings to 10 seconds instead of frames which is easier to work with.

then i imported image number one to my premiere pro timeline. after that i pressed my scale and positions keyframes so we have the starting point, then we decided where we wanted the clip to zoom in and pressed the scale and positions keyframes again. i then changed my scale to 200 and my positions to 1600 and 200 which showed the recording button.

to keep the zoomed in clip on a standstill i copied the keyframes and pasted them a couple seconds ahead in the timeline. i then wanted my clip to zoom back out so i copied my first keyframes of the original layout and pasted them near the end of my clips timeline.

after that i copied the image with the keyframes and did the same process but for the microphones. instead i had changed the scale to 150 and the positions where 525 and 620. the clip then zoomed back out and ended the same way it started with its original layout.
first i imported image two and moved it to my timeline. after that i fit it to scale as the image was not touching the top and bottom of my composition. then i copy and pasted the image and moved it above my previous one so it looked like this.

i pressed the eye button on the timeline on the top clip to only show me my first image. i then used the scale 260 so my first clips image filled the whole screen. next i searched up blur in the effects bar and dragged gaussian blur onto my clip. the effect will then automatically show in my effect controls. i changed the blurriness of that clip to 55 and then turned the eye of on my top clip so the second clip sat on top of it.

title sequence logo
We begun by making a composition on Adobe After Effects. I then set my time duration to 5 seconds and made sure my comp width was 1920 and height was 1080.

After that i imported my batman logo and rain video in, having my batman logo above so you can see it on top. Then i scaled my rain video up to 300 so it fit the whole screen and left the batman logo as it was since i believed it was a sensible size.

The next step was creating a zoom in, to do that i used the scale tool by pressing 's' on my keyboard to show me the scale section out of the transform bar. i started the zoom on 0 and ended it a couple frames forward on 150. Then i easy eased it and added a speed graph to my liking to change the speed of the zoom. Next i wanted to add a rotation while it was zooming in, so i started the degrees at 90 and ended it at the same point as my scale at a 0. Then i easy eased again and made the same speed graph i had for the scale so both transitions happen at the same speed.

This is the speed graph i made, start it at the quickest it can be and then let it slow down gradually.

This is a closer look at the spacing i had for the transitions. After i wanted to add opacity at the start for both of my clips. This way they will fade in instead of just harshly starting giving a nice calmer effect. I started the opacity on the batman logo at 0 and ended it at 100 having it fade all the way in from nothing. Then i easy eased it and added the same speed graph i made. After i decided i wanted to add a fade in on the background to enhance it better so i started it at 20 and ended it at 100 then easy eased and added the speed graph.
Overall this made a slow moving slight zoom rotation that came into the screen. Having it slower gives better emotional feelings towards it as it's not so harsh and bouncy. It could show through the intro that this 'show' will be covering more deep topics.
title sequence and sound effects

First we made a new composition on Adobe After Effects and changed the duration time to 10 seconds. I named the composition 'how to title' and then pressed 'OK' to begin making the title sequence.

Then i needed to drag in my two images, the 'zoom' and the tilted Zoom H4n. I chose the tilted Zoom H4n because it made it more realistic as it was 3D. To start with i had to rearrange the two clips into the right scaling and positioning. After that is done and i like the placing of the two images i added text. This is done by going up to 'layers' at the top of the screen, once you hoover over that bar you should see 'new' then hoover over that bar and press 'text' to create text layer in your timeline. I created 4 text layers.
text layer 1
I wrote 'how to use the' and placed it above the 'zoom' image. I changed the font to ... and adjusted the spacing between the text to around 5 and the text size is 150 so it fit along the whole 'zoom' image.
text layer 2
I wrote 'H4n' and placed it underneath the 'zoom' image on the left. i changed the font to ... and adjusted the spacing between the text to around 5 and the text size is 150 in bold.
text layer 3
I wrote 'portable' and placed it bellow the 'zoom' image on the right. i changed the font to ... and adjusted the spacing between the text to around 20 and the text size is 70 in regular.
text layer 4
I wrote 'audio recorder' and placed it bellow 'portable' text. i changed the front to ... and adjusted the spacing between the text to around 15 and the text size is 60 in regular so it fit along the word above.

Next i stared adding the keyframes for each clip. I decided for the zoom image to do a positioning from the right that zooms in. to do this you find where you want you transition to end and click a keyframe and go back to the start and make another keyframe. With this keyframe though you drag the x positing numbers all the way out of the frame, so you cant see it at the start of the video. I then repeated this process with different transitions (scaling, positioning and rotation) for the start of different clips.

I easy eased every transition and added this speed graph to let the images and text come in quickly and slow down.
After i created an opacity transition so everything will fade out at the end. I wanted all the clips to fade out at the same time so i made one and copied the transition into the other layers and lined them all up. I then created a speed graph for the transition so it would fade out slowly. The opacity transition started at 100 and ended at 0.

I then added some sound effects for each transition in. On the first sound effect i added keyframes for the audio to quiet down so it transitions into the second one better. By adding the sound effects it makes the video more impactful as you can also hear what is happening.
I begun by going on pexels [https://www.pexels.com/search/videos/fire/] a website that has free videos you can download. I found 3 videos, an ocean wave, a snake and fire. I then made a composition on premiere pro and names it 'camera movements'. Next i imported these clips into the software then chose the wave and moved it into my timeline. Bellow is what the timeline looked like completed.

After i added the wave clip in i started to create a zoom forward, this was done by pressing my wave clip so it has a white outline. This brings up the motion section in the effects control panel. Once that is shown you can move your time scale over to where you want the zoom to start, then you press the keyframe. Next you move the time scale bar along to where you want the zoom in to stop and i added the keyframe and put the scale on 150. I then easy eased the keyframes to make it smoother.

Once i added the snake clip next to my wave one i did the same process but instead i was going to add positioning. This is where the clip will move to the right and then to the left. I started the positing at 422 and it moved to 1460. i easy eased the keyframes so the track was smoother.

Again i did the same process but with a new clip that followed after the snake one. I was making a fake jib so I started the positing at 350 and moved it up to 715. For this to work you have to scale the image in so theres enough excess clip for it to travel. I scaled mine in to 140. After all that i easy eased it so the jib was smoother.

At the end i added the text over the clips saying what each one is. I wanted the text to fade in and fade out part way through the clip, so i brought opacity up and created my keyframes starting at 0 then getting to 100 in the middle, to then going back down to 0. I repeated this 3 times and then easy eased these to make the fade smooth.
