camera on tripod set up briefly explained
the function of a tripod is to hold a camera steadily and safely while you film. This is done by taking the compartment of the tripod with the screw on the top out and placing it into the cameras base. You do it this way so you don't accidentally drop the camera on the floor while trying to position it on the tripod. Once you have the tripod section on the base of the camera you put it back in the tripod and click it in place, double checking its in correctly. Then you can start filming by clicking the cameras on button and lining the tripod up for your shot. In addition you can always unclip the tripods legs to make it taller and clip them back in at the height you want. You should do this before you put the camera on though.
